About the Role
As a member of the team, your goal is to build lasting business relationships with real estate investors, developers, operators, and mortgage brokers. Real Estate Lending Account Executive duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identify new customers and lending opportunities from direct borrower relationships, mortgage brokers, realtors and other groups across the real estate investing community
• Proactively contact potential and existing customers through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings
• Prepare term sheets and manage client expectations of the loan terms, process and time frame
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual individual unit and/or production targets
• Regularly log customer interaction in CRM platform
• Assist underwriting and other deal team members as needed
• Attend local real estate investing events, regional conferences, and industry events as needed
• Priority will be given to candidates with both lending and experience as a real estate investor
This is a results based position with a team that wants you to win, build a strong and loyal book of business, and build an annuity through the best compensation plan in the industry. First year OTE $80,000 - $250,000+ (commensurate with experience).
Requirements
Must reside in the Central Time Zone
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years residential/commercial real estate financing (bridge, fix & flip, DSCR, perm, etc.)
Ability to bring 10+ customer relationships to build your book of business
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Ability to quickly grasp numbers and ratios related to real estate finance (Residential and Commercial Residential)
Must be able to pass credit and background check
